Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer to develop and execute sales strategies for targeting long-tail cafes and restaurants.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the long-tail cafe and restaurant sector, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition to potential clients.
- Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related field.
- Knowledge of the long-tail cafe and restaurant market is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Possess own transportation.
- Malaysian only.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
