Receptionist/ Front Desk

Answering incoming calls/Fax, forwarding and taking messages.
- Receiving and directing visitors accordingly.
- To manage local and overseas courier distributions.
- Monitor closely on cleanliness of office, meeting rooms and pantry with Tea Lady and Cleaner.
- Work closely with despatch on documents collection and delivery.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to others in the office.
- Prepare welcome package for new joiner (access card, stationary, etc)
- Business card requisition and printing.
- Public Holiday announcement across the region.
- Meeting room reservation.
- Monitor and support on office repair and maintenance:
- Maintain stocks record, prepare Monthly Expenditure Report and purchase of stationary, pantry items, printing, electric, telephone, toner request, company assets, first aid kit in Excel and JDE system.
- Process invoice batching in Esker
- Up keep and office maintenance - Plan, Pest control and office cleanliness.
- Housekeeping of the admin storage area (filing of documents and upkeep of stock)
- Source new suppliers/vendors to enquire and request quotation for comparison.
- Assist HR in staff welfare arrangement - car park coordination, fruit basket, condolence flower, t-shirt etc
- Assist in any reporting/SOP and conduct analysis as when required by the management/superior.
- Any other duties or assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
