A Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hotel's front desk, supervising the reception staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer service while adhering to established policies and procedures; they typically require strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in hospitality operations. Key responsibilities:

- **Staff Supervision**:Directly manage and train front desk staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and performance evaluations.
- **Guest Service**:Greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, address guest requests and concerns promptly, and resolve complaints effectively.
- **Operations Management**:Monitor front desk operations to ensure efficiency, including managing room reservations, billing, and cash handling.
- **Policy Enforcement**:Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding guest registration, payment methods, and safety regulations.
- **Communication**:Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and other departments to coordinate services and address issues.
- **Shift Management**:Conduct shift briefings, monitor staff performance during shifts, and address any operational issues that arise.
- **Reporting**:Prepare daily reports on guest activity, revenue, and any notable incidents.

Relevant Experience:

- Previous experience as a front desk agent or receptionist in a hospitality setting.
- Supervisory experience within a hotel or customer service environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
