Front Desk Manager for Dental

Greet patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the clinic’s services. Create engaging content, manage posts, and monitor engagement across platforms to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Support the dentist during dental general treatment procedures when required by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting with patient care as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers to order clinic materials, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including patient record management, scheduling, and billing. Track financial transactions, process payments, and support basic accounting tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma / STPM / Degree
- Proven experience in front desk management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Malay, English & Mndarin is added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
