**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for guests. The role is responsible for handling guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely manner.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma.
- Prior experience in front desk or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (additional languages are a plus).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel reservation software is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 per month
