**Position Overview**

We are looking for a talented Project Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible in driving our projects to success, ensuring they are completed within their designated timeframes, scopes, and budgets. This position is at the heart of our project management processes, requiring a proactive approach to planning, monitoring, and steering projects across the finish line.

**What You'll Do**
- Craft detailed project plans that align with organizational goals, setting clear milestones and deliverables.
- Actively monitor project timelines and progress, employing adaptive strategies to mitigate delays and challenges.
- Champion the delivery of projects that not only meet but exceed the defined scope and financial constraints.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation to meet project demands.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with project stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact.
- Deliver comprehensive project updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, challenges, and successes.

**Join Us If You**
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in a project or Program Management Office role, with a track record of successful project delivery within the IT, fintech or lending sector.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership capabilities and adept problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and familiarity with Project Management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc) is beneficial.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a focus on relationship-building with various stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive mindset, with a keenness to embrace learning opportunities and contribute positively to a team environment.
