The Warehouse Executive oversees planning and carrying out complex warehouse rules and technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist Logistics Manager in planning and organizing the warehouse operations.
- To carry out supervision and monitoring of day-to-day warehouse activity.
- To ensure operation and documentation of raw materials, packaging material, non-stock items in the respective warehouse in compliance to GMP, GDP and GDPMD requirements.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the lean transformation plan including right first-time quality, zero defect, storage capacity maximizing.
- Address the gap of non-compliances or warehouse issue; recommend actions to ensure gap or issue is closed within agreed budgets and time frame.
- To perform investigations on problem arising in warehouse operational works on inventories system.
- KPI monitoring for raw material, primary and secondary packaging materials.
- Inventory adjustment on weekly stock check monitoring for raw materials and packaging materials discrepancies if any.
- Direct and maintain activities designated to achieve and maintain high employee morale.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Degree in Logistics/Industrial Logistics or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field or industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required skill(s): Communication skills (both written and verbal), Computer knowledge (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Possess strong leadership and management skills with analytical and planning abilities.
- Able to motivate teams with a positive “can do” attitude and commit overtime when needed.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.
