**Ethics & Compliance Analyst**

**Oil & Gas Shared Service Centre**

**Cyberjaya, Selangor**

**6 months Contract**

**Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm)**

As an Ethics and Compliance Analyst you will provide advice to a broad and diverse range of business stakeholders to ensure Ethics and Compliance related risks are understood and addressed in particular in the area of Third Party integrity due diligence, including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Compliance.

The position is a part of Shell's Ethics and Compliance Office (SECO), whose role is to sustain both a culture and a structure within which all decisions and actions are consistent with Shell's core values, Shell General Business Principles and Code of Conduct.

**Dimensions**

This is a role that requires strong E&C leadership with stakeholders, including direct engagement and communication across the business and functions. The Ethics and Compliance Analyst must be able to collaborate with and influence stakeholders in other businesses and functions to deliver sustainable and timely results with regular engagement with stakeholders up to VP level. A person in this position must be able to handle small projects as they arise and identify improvement opportunities.

**Accountabilities**
- Working with ECMs in supporting Third Party integrity due diligence requirements.
- Review of pre contract self-screening reports -a result of addition of portfolio companies, additional
- Review matches triggered against ABC/AML lists in Ripjar for automated pre contract screening (Fleet Solutions, VS&A, SalesForce).
- Review matches triggered in the post contract screening against ABC/AML lists in Ripjar.
- Identification of opportunities to simplify and improve efficiencies in the E&C processes and controls.
- Deliver other assigned SECO improvement programmes and projects as determined by the SECO Leadership Team.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- University Degree.
- **5 years** of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of the Ethics & Compliance standards including Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Compliance as well as Third Party integrity due diligence standards.
- Excellent written and oral English language skills.
- Strong influencing and communication skills across diverse business cultures.
- Able to operate under pressure and to stand up in the face of conflict or resistance as well as persistence when changes involve many different stakeholders across the Group.
- Experience in working across organisational levels, with cross-functional and cross-business teams.
- The ability to implement change and project management.
- Good planning and organising skills, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks and have an eye for detail.
- Demonstrable continuous improvement mindset and skills are a plus for this role.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 per month
