**Responsibilities**:

- Delivers administrative and / or secretarial support to management, operating within the context of a fast-paced, challenging and changing operational environment. Plan, priorities and effectively allocate time to specific tasks.
- Performs tasks (booking, scheduling, content preparation), utilizing procedures that structured and standardized procedures; engages relevant support for cases of advanced complexity.
- Performs the filing of physical contracts for storage and managing those filing/storage with our storage contractors and manage the inventory with regard to the physical contracts.
- Deals with most-confidential information within and outside of the Company.
- Deals with important and pressing deadlines; addresses a variety of issues and questions that may involve a degree of complexity; will need to draw on a limited number of sources of information within their own area/department to solve problems.
- Communicatees with tact - exercising influence and persuasiveness - for effective interaction with others, including team members and colleagues, but also other managers and senior managers.
- Develop and maintain a sound understanding of business activities and objectives of the manager or team they support, to be able to provide the required support.
- Maintain an effective agenda and an efficient diary on manager's behalf.
- Develop and maintain a wide network of relevant business contacts, both internally and externally, on managers' behalf.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Graduates with Bachelor Degree in related field.
- 1+ years experience in a relevant field.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.

**Additional Details**:

- Location: Cyberjaya
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Offered Salary: Up to RM 2,900

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Secretarial: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
