- Prepare and handle SSM, MoF, and Vendor Management registration documents (copy, scan, upload).
- Preparing relevant documents for participation in Quotation and Tender projects.
- Preparing quotations and tender proposals in the ePerolehan System.
- Obtaining fnancial documents from the bank.
- Handle Secretary Company for related documents & audit reports.
- Attend the site visit briefing at the relevant Ministry to take part in the quotation tenders.
- Conducting marketing activities across all sales channels.
- Organize and store all related documents in the fling storage system.
- Update the inventory sales record.
- Prepare official letters with relevant parties regarding the company's sales products for marketing purposes.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
