**About Our Client**:
Our client is an ad tech consultancy founded in 2009 that helps marketers adopt advanced advertising and creative solutions, primarily through the Google Marketing Platform. They offer services in ad technology, programmatic solutions, data analytics, creative solutions, and training enablement to enhance clients' digital maturity and campaign effectiveness across the Asia-Pacific region. They act as a certified Sales Partner for Google Marketing Platform products and emphasizes strategic thinking, agility, and a diverse, multicultural approach to problem-solving.

**Job Scope**:
**Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Expertise & Client Enablement**
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GMP tools including Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Display & Video 360 (DV360), and Search Ads 360 (SA360).
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to clients for complex GMP-related queries.
- Lead client onboarding, training sessions, and workshops to drive successful platform adoption.
- Conduct platform audits and strategic consultations in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
- Validate and audit media tags via Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate campaign tracking.
- Develop and maintain documentation, product updates, best practices, and roadmaps.
- Support for Digital Analytics & CRO Projects
- Assist in the implementation, QA, and consulting aspects of digital analytics projects.
- Support Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives — including test setup, execution, and analysis using platforms like AB Tasty and VWO.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic digital maturity solutions.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects that drive innovation and support strategic business goals.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech, or digital analytics roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in client support or consulting roles is a strong advantage.

**Languages**:

- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) - both spoken and written - is essential.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client support skills.

**Technical Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with CM360, DV360, and SA360.
- Good understanding of media trafficking, campaign measurement, programmatic advertising, and SEM.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRO tools like AB Tasty and VWO is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus.
- Prior experience in technical writing and customer/technical support is preferred.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
