Logistics Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform procurement duties
- Provide administrative support duties to Logistics department
- Plan, organize and co-ordinate delivery schedule based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Schedule shifts for drivers and warehouse staff
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min SPM, Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS office
- Knowledge of shipping arrangement
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- English communication skills, both oral and written
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
