**The Role**:
As a Work & Rewards Intern, you will work side-by-side with some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills and gain experience working with a variety of clients across industries.

You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments, both for business developments and project delivery which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. Our projects range in scope from specific solutions such as base pay program design, job evaluation, pay benchmarking, performance management, competency design and rewards market survey,

A 3-month engagement, you’ll be based in our office and be expected to hit the ground running as a key member of our project teams. In addition to taking part in different project phases (including potentially traveling for fieldwork and client meetings), you’ll have a senior team member as your mentor to support your development.

**Performance Objectives**:

- Support delivery of multiple projects/assignments, working together with other teams to ensure client satisfaction with deliverables
- Assist the seniors in developing work/project plans, timelines and communication materials, including minutes of meetings
- Conduct data analysis and modelling (qualitative or quantitative), formulating and testing hypothesis to provide preliminary insights and recommendations
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis, covering specific industry sectors, companies and selected business areas from various sources
- Summarize and synthesize findings from research / data analysis into preliminary written document
- Support seniors to gather and document business needs, requirements, weaknesses and challenges
- Meet or exceed Willis Towers Watson performance standards for work quality, understanding and adhering to principles of WorkExcellence to ensure excellence in client deliverables
- Proactive and willing to support cross functional teams within Work & Rewards

**Qualifications**
- Be in the second or penultimate year of undergraduate studies in Business, Human Resource or related field.
- Graduates currently waiting for Masters are encouraged to apply
- Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities

**Skills Required**:

- Strong project management skills, with a track record in managing multiple and challenging deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and ability to flourish in a challenging, fast-paced, professional environment
- Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and solve problems creatively.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail; ensure that work is complete, accurate and on time
- Strong communication skills with a strong command of English language and ability to interact professionally in both written and verbal communications. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with high energy, with a passion to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge and able to work independently with some guidance
- Good in both individual and teamwork
