- Job description 1**Primary Responsibilities**
- To lead process of database building in MY focusing on data collection, density and quality ensure that all global standards, processes and tools in this area are implemented, and team has full knowledge and capabilities to deliver excellent services.
- To lead and deliver benchmark analysis and presentations and Executive debriefs to clients across KF Product solutions with focus on Reward area. Comfortably interact with clients at the Managers/ Director level, showing confidence and building relationships
- Deliver client presentation and workshops around reward trends and success profile tailoring
- To work with advisory consultants and solution leaders to provide client solutions in the reward and work measurement area.
- Identify trends, collate and distribute client analytics via standard tools and reporting
- Builds relationships and provides excellent and proactive customer service to internal and external clients.
- Be an expert in Korn Ferry’s Intellectual Property as it relates to Reward, but being able to see it in the wider Talent perspective
- Manage projects and/or a work-stream within a larger project. Typically, projects may last several weeks to months.
- Continue to develop a strong internal brand with a network of Korn Ferry colleagues to receive guidance, leverage resources, identify additional sources of project work, etc.
- Doing market research on current Reward trends, issues for country and/or regional webinar for client
- Working cross region with other colleagues on client support, process improvement and project.
- Event coordination and management - ie: Korn Ferry Public Trainings, country webinar, regional platform training.
- Work closely with HRD Corporation on client’s public training grant claim

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**
- Min a relevant Bachelor’s degree with several years’ (3 - 5) of **relevant** work experience, preferably in professional services
- Knowledge in the reward area required; preferred (but not necessary) experience in reward database building / reward surveys,
- Exposure to process and project management activities.
- Proven interpersonal skills, to establish effective relationships with colleagues cross Line of Businesses.
- Numerate: able to understand, use, communicate and interpret statistical information.
- Strong customer service focus.
