**Koshidaka Malaysia** manages and operates the popular Japanese **KARAOKE MANEKINEKO** entertainment centers that are family-friendly themed, and offer reasonable pricing, cleanliness, safety, and friendliness from well-trained staff in the famous hospitality ways of Japan.

Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily overall business activities in the outlet
- Drive the outlet team to meet monthly sales target
- Ensure corporate level instructions and objective are achieved by outlet
- Manage and plan manpower issues in outlet such as scheduling, attendance and recruitment
- Train new joiners in outlet to follow and ensure existing employee skills up to date and meets Company standards.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Our Outlets : BUKIT BINTANG (NEARBY PAVILLION), UNITED POINT, BUKIT MAHKOTA CHERAS MALL, AVENUE K, EKO CHERAS, SUNWAY VELOCITY, SUNWAY PUTRA, SUNWAY GIZA, CENTRAL I-CITY, PARADIGM MALL, NU SENTRAL, BERJAYA TIMES SQUARE

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
