**British American Tobacco Global Business Solutions (GBS)**has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Intern in Sunway City**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting the Content Enablement Analyst in continuous improvement projects
- Assisting the Content Enablement Analyst within the team with several core activities that involves data maintenance in Coupa - follow up with high impact Ems
- Preparing and consolidating reports for daily/weekly/monthly activities
- Problem solving and assisting End Markets
- Assist in providing training to requisitioner and procurement.

**What are we looking for?**
- No prior experience is needed - role open to fresh graduates
- Good MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- A “can do” attitude and drive to learn and perform
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and attention to detail
- Track record in other activities during studying, such as active participation in clubs, committees, projects/activities outside of academical space.
- Comfortable with numbers and data.
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other business-related field
