**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for materials and services.
- Support the team in preparing and processing purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Update and maintain procurement records, supplier lists, and price databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance (price, quality, delivery, service).
- Help monitor stock levels and liaise with store/maintenance teams for replenishment.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Procurement Executive or Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work location: Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur (near LRT Sultan Ismail).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
