**B**AT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR A PROCUREMENT INTERN -TACTICAL SOURCING**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Internship

**FUNCTION**: Procurement

**ALLOWANCE RANGE**:RM 1,500 monthly

**LOCATION**:Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations in the Procurement team. It is a 6-months internship based, where you will not only gain practical experience within the mentioned team but will also have the opportunity to develop your soft skills within a global matrix organization.

**Reports To**:Tactical Sourcing Manager

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Geographic Scope**:Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Responsible for the execution of sourcing activities for End markets and for the central Procurement teams
- To develop the processes, templates, governance, and framework for implementing eRFx and e-Auction processes and supporting other sourcing activities as required
- To ensure all eRFx’s once complete are appropriately updated, logged, and communicated to procurement, and efficiently transferred to a contract
- To work with the Procurement team and support sourcing event through central management of the eRFx pipeline across all categories and End markets
- To set-up and complete e-auctions for sourcing projects.
- To run and/or conduct training to teams and vendors for the use of the accurate platforms to fulfill sourcing events
- To collect, verify and analyze thoroughly data and reports
- To respond to user queries (from Procurement or the business) with regards to final award including providing needed audit trail

**Essential experience, skills and knowledge**
- At least a Bachelors Degree in Finance/Business/Actuarial Science/Engineering/Accounting/Management/Supply Chain/Logistics qualification or any related fields
- Meticulous, analytical, proactive, and can handle stressful situations with minimum supervision
- Knowledgeable in identifying risks and in implementing controls
