Job Responsibilities


• Oversee the procurement operations for the company's three brands, including the procurement of bulk goods and the organization of tendering processes.


• Manage suppliers for each brand, ensuring that there are at least two suppliers for core and critical raw materials to maintain stable supply, quality, and pricing.


• Develop procurement channels for each brand to ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement activities.


• Review procurement contracts to ensure smooth coordination and efficient cooperation between procurement activities and other relevant departments.


• Develop, optimize, implement, and monitor departmental business processes and systems to ensure scientific and efficient operations, with timely adjustments to meet business development needs.


• Manage and appraise departmental staff, ensuring timely completion of subordinates' work plans and taking responsibility for any business issues that arise.


• Assist the Supply Chain Director in the overall supply chain operations.


• Take responsibility for all managed business activities.


• Efficiently and effectively complete weekly and monthly work plans.

Qualifications


• Full-time college degree or above;


• Over 10 years of experience in procurement department management, including at least 3 years in the food and beverage industry.


• Proficient in business negotiation techniques, particularly in price negotiation, with established supplier networks.


• Familiar with various brands, performance, and pricing of procurement items, with in-depth experience in the food and beverage market and the ability to manage material cost calculations.


• Strong logical thinking, interpersonal communication, and negotiation abilities.


• Knowledge of logistics and financial management; proficient in using office software, OA platforms, and procurement management systems.


• High sense of teamwork, integrity, strong moral and professional ethics, responsibility, and coordination skills.
