**Job Summary**: Kailas Penang is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting the Kailas brand of high-quality outdoor gear and equipment. You will be an integral part of a team that encourages adventure and exploration in the great outdoors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customers' needs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Kailas products and services.
- Drive sales through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in outdoor gear and equipment.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the outdoor gear or sports industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about outdoor activities and gear.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 - 54 per week
