JR52165 Intern - Accounts Payable

**Project Title**:
Support Accounts Payable operations & process improvement project

**Description**:
1) Accounts Payables analysis & reporting.

2) Projects scope : Automation and enhancement of processes / function in achieving a standardized process across all countries and entities

**Scope**:
1) Balance Sheet reconciliation - root cause analysis

2) Audit / SOX / RAS process review - validation of supporting documents

3) Reporting / Flux Analysis

4) Invoicing / GRIR / Non PO
5) UAT for new process / system enhancement

**Supporting Team**:
AP Operation team

AP Business Process Owner (BPO)
IT support

**Deliverables**:
Able to support the on-going reporting / projects / UAT in a timely manner

**Stretch Goal**:
Execute task assigned and meet the expected KPI

**Skills required**:
1) Good communication skill - professional & fluent in English

2) Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

3) Understanding of General Accounting Principle / Guideline

4) Analytical skill

5) Ability to meet deadline

6) SAP skill is an advantage
