**Your responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Perform 3 Way match for purchases
- Oversee inter-company accounts payable processes
- Prepare payment to suppliers and payment forecast
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues on receivings and/ other accounts payable issues.
- Ensure all open payments are properly updated and knock off against supplier invoices
- Ensure prompt posting/ updates of invoices
- Review and analyse Accounts payable aging
- Perform monthly accounts reconciliation
- Compilation of withholding tax and service tax reports and payments
- Implement controls procedures for accounts payable related processes.
- Responsible for yearly financial audit compilations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and reports as assigned by the superior.

**Minimum Qualification**
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Hands on and a team player who are able to deal with all level of people.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage projects and workload with mínimal supervision, attention to detail and result-oriented.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Must possess analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines
- Must be computer literate, familiar with ERP system, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
