**Roles, Responsibilities, and Job Expectations**

**General Responsibility**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement project plans to address key account-related objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Customer Change Request Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for handling customer change requests.
- Coordinate change requests from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Follow guidance from the global product manager to ensure change requests are handled according to strategic priorities.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders and product managers.
- Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status and key deliverables.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor project performance against KPIs and objectives.
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Authorities**
- Team Management: To manage and coordinate the key account team members, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the successful execution of the project/change request.

**Key Competencies and Skills**
- Experience in managing change requests and handling escalations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Special Skills/ Qualifications**
- Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional certification such as PMP, higher or equivalent.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in key account management or customer-focused roles.
- Proficiency in German language is an added advantage.
