Handle Foreigner (Hostel, Permit &Passport Renewal)
- To monitor staff attendance and leave management
- To prepare the monthly report and database for the Management.
- Preparation of HR related Letters on a timely basis
- Interpret and implement approved company policy and procedure consistently and fairly.
- To organize employee engagement activities/events
- To manage and arrange office regular maintenance service
- To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duty assigned when required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in HR Administration
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Required Skill(s): Computer literate & Microsoft Office, Familiar with MS Excel
- Multitask, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
