**Role**

A Tender and Contract Executive is responsible for the entire tendering process, from receiving the tender invitation to evaluating the contract. They work closely with procurement managers, buyers, and legal teams to ensure that the process is smooth and compliant.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, Mechanical or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or contract management.
- Good understanding of tendering processes and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Responsibilities**
- Submit tenders and bids to the clients.
- Evaluate tender documents to give the best proposals
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including monitoring performance and resolving disputes.
- Provide support to procurement managers and buyers.
- Attend the site visit and tender briefing
- Prepare and Submit the bidding before the dateline
- Coordinate the succeed tender with the execution team
- Examine through incoming tenders and to note down tender details.
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to.
- To ensure that tender submission is standardised with client’s tender requirements.
- To keep and maintain all documentation and to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- To follow up on the status of the pre-qualification of new contractors or renewal of registered contractors and ensure approval is obtained prior to the recommendation of award.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
