1. Monitoring the effectiveness of the steps implemented for Food Safety & Halal.

2. Responsible in assisting the Hygiene Officer in the compilation of all data and reporting the performance of ISO: 22000, HACCP, MeSTI, GMP.

3. Supervise the production areas in daily and ensure the team follow the SOP.

4. Manage in checking on the cleaning schedules for the food processing.

5. Monitoring internal pest control and assist the technician pest control monthly.

7. Handling calibration schedules, chemical record, document changes record dan daily records.

8. Assist hygiene officer during internal / external audit

9. Able to write the report in english and bahasa melayu.

10. Able to work independently.
