**QA Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain a quality system in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Prepare, update, and control SOPs, records, and forms.
- Coordinate and support external and internal audits.
- Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for audit findings, complaints, recalls, and non-conformities.
- Monitor traceability and compliance across departments and with external service providers.
- Provide internal training on GDP and maintain personnel training records.

**QC Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Quality Control inspections on raw materials, semi-finished, packaging, and finished products.
- Verify external laboratory test results against specifications.
- Assist with investigations on product complaints, recalls, and quality issues.
- Conduct sampling, testing, and problem-solving activities related to product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support QC procedures and SOPs.
- Liaise with external labs for sample submissions and purchase order coordination.

**Requirements (Applicable to Both Positions)**:

- Minimum Degree in Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years working experience in Quality Assurance, preferably with GDP audit experience.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working experience in GMP factory will be an added advantage.
