Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Expected Start Date: ASAP or December 2025
  • Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur (accessible via MRT Metro Prima Station)

The Role:

  • Perform thorough testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure application reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and user stories.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report bugs and suggest improvements.
  • Identify, document, and track issues using bug tracking tools and ensure proper follow-up to resolve them.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the release management process to ensure successful deployment of high-quality applications.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or any related field.
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Good to have experience with test management and bug tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin for direct communication with China stakeholders.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
