Front Office Supervisor

**Requirements**
- Knowledge and experience in Hotel industry.
- Willing to work in rotated shift.
- Able to work overtime, weekends and public holiday.
- Able to work double shift at times.
- Responsible for organizing the activities of office employees, overseeing a variety of tasks including office operations, customer satisfaction and emergency procedures among others.
- Represent strong leadership, communication and relationship skills.
- Responsible for reinforcing the standards of service, quality and procedures for the front desk.
- To manage daily operation of the Apartment.
- To supervise and manage a team of operational personnel in carrying out the daily activities to ensure all processes, procedures and KPIs are consistently followed.
- Providing on-the-job training especially to the subordinates.
- Providing moral support & motivation ,commitment and sense
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
