**Position: Sales Executive/Manager**

**Working location**: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

**Working days**: 5days/week

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and arrange meetings with potential customers to explore new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize long-term business.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment structures to secure profitable agreements.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals set by management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive business relationship.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in AI, software, or technology-related industries.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Confident in delivering product presentations and sales pitches
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
