**Summary**

This position will lead a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to execute & control site finance and accounting activities, support management team with accurate & timely information and maintain good relationship with stakeholders.

- Responsible for an accurate & timely financial statements preparation, financial analysis and reporting
- Responsible for cost accounting, product profitability analysis
- Business partnering with department heads to improve business performance and optimise costs
- Lead and collaborate with various departments for forecast and budget preparation
- Responsible for risk management and internal controls
- Good command of tax strategy, planning and compliance
- Participate & collaborate in SAP roll-out, ongoing system and process improvements, resource optimization, define and develop additional reporting tools to enhance business insights, analysis, and efficiency.
- Interpret new legislation, evaluate its implications to the organization and provide recommendation to ensure compliances
- Liase with external parties on matters related to taxes, foreign exchange, custom and statutory audits. Ensure compliance with the local laws & regulations
- Coach, train and motivate a team of finance staff

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor degree in finance and/or accounting fields
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managerial position for manufacturing industry. Working experience in big four accounting firm is preferred but not compulsory.
- Hands on experience on cost accounting and SAP
- Good knowledge and experience of local and international accounting standards, tax, custom and forex regulations.
- Effective work plan and priority management
- Strong integrity and ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and management skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin with China part customer and colleagues.
- Convincing presentation skill
- Hands on experience in cost accounting and SAP for manufacturing industry
- Knowledge on Hyperion is preferred but not compulsory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
