**Your new company**

A foreign shared services bank with a strong presence in the local market. This foreign organisation is looking for a compliance and legal analyst to oversee the compliance governance and the trainings implementation.

**Your new role**

Reporting to your respective team lead, you would be responsible for coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of compliance risk and in implementation and management of compliance risk within the organisation. Furthermore, you will also be undertaking periodic self-assessment on key control to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls. Other than that, you would also need to review and validate outsourcing agreements based on HO outsourcing guideline. Finally, you would also actively need to provide support in SLA review.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A university graduate preferably with a degree in Law
- 5 years of experience working in compliance preferably regulatory compliance
- Good understanding of legal terms.
- Experienced in dealing with Bank Negara Malaysia
