**Reports to : Quality & Compliance Manager**

Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Manager, the Quality Support is primarily responsible for supporting functions that form part of quality management and assessing deviations/variances resulting from operational activities & quality processes, and ensuring they are reported in an accurate and timely manner.

**1. Outbound deviation**
- Identify claims against the business in a timely manner.
- Review cases against the business to ensure the claims are appropriate and legitimate.
- Ensure department records are up to date with relevant information.
- Coordinate with Quality & Compliance Specialist to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting on store claims.

**2.**Inbound supplier deviation
- Monitor the CASY que on a daily basis to identify DRs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Recovery Supervisor to understand the deviation further.
- Ensure CASY has been updated with accurate information and photography evidences relating to supplier deviations.
- Communicate with QSC to resolve their preliminary queries with respect QSC’s accept or reject decision regarding the claim.

**3.**Quality Scrap
- Monthly prepare listing of scrap pallets within scrap locations and report to customer and internal Inventory team.
- Organize inspection by customer and Inventory team on appropriateness of items scrapped.
- Liaise with relevant parties to implement customer instructions/requirements with respect to scrap pallets/articles.

**4.**Recovery areas
- Monthly prepare an analysis of the recovery team’s productivity and forward to Quality & Compliance Manager for review.
- Coordinate with Recovery Supervisor to conduct a reconciliation of recovery pallets and WMS.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for establishing solutions to aged pallets.

**5.**Product Quality
- Physically investigate pallets/articles for any potential damage or other issues; ensuring adequate reporting on findings.
- Liaise with QSC for additional information and assistance on product quality issues/alarms. Furthermore, perform activities in line with QSC feedback.

**6. Standard operating procedures**
- Whenever required, update the relevant standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Communicate process change to the relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.

**7. Health and safety**
- Practice a safe working culture.
- Report any incident or disciplinary issues to the DC Manager and HSSE team.

**Requirement**:

- Knowledge of the supply chain management.
- MY and other applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Organized and set priorities.
- Relationship management and communication skills.
- Leadership and clear reporting skills.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 2 years of experience within the quality management in supply chains.
- Competent with MS office.
- Comprehend and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate honestly and with clarity.
- Build and manage interpersonal relationships with all internal stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
