We are currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Social Media Chat Support Specialist who is fluent in Thai to join our team. As a Social Media Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various social media channels. In this role, you will engage with customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking support through social media platforms, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media channels in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Provide accurate and concise information about our products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products, service offerings, and brand voice to deliver accurate and consistent information to customers.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring that the customer remains well-informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient and streamlined customer support process.
- Continuously monitor social media channels for new inquiries or comments, ensuring that no customer inquiries go unnoticed.
- Utilize relevant software and tools to track, organize, and prioritize incoming customer inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to enhance the quality of customer interactions and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding customer feedback, emerging trends, and suggestions for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in spoken and written Thai is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English, with exceptional grammar and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist customers and resolve their issues effectively.
- Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar position, preferably in a social media environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their features, with the ability to navigate and respond efficiently.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively in order to provide effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Flexibility to work in rotational or flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with relevant customer support software and tools would be an advantage.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
