Field Sales Executive

**Job Descriptions**:
- Identify and approach potential new trade partners (salons, spas, retailers, etc.).
- Present brand portfolios professionally to prospective accounts.
- Drive new account sign-ups and ensure onboarding processes are smooth and successful.
- Follow up actively to secure orders and build long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Understand each client’s needs and tailor solutions to support their business success.
- Provide after-sales support, including handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all products and brand positioning.
- Conduct basic product introductions or assist in coordination with the training team.
- Stay updated on product launches, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Execute planned sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and meetings to represent the brands.
- Prepare sales kits, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance and pipeline.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or haircare industry.
- Proven success in acquiring new business accounts and meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia for meetings and events.
- Must possess own transport.
- Fluent in **Mandarin and English.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
