Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for customer service and ensuring smooth operations? We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to play a crucial role in our bustling cafeteria, where exceptional service and client satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

Working in MNC cafeteria in bayan lepas.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attending Meetings: Collaborate with our unit manager and chef in regular meetings to discuss strategies, improvements, and ensure effective communication within the team.

3. Attend Audits: Play an essential part in the auditing process to maintain quality standards and compliance. Your attention to detail will be instrumental in our continued success.

4. Client Satisfaction: Go the extra mile to ensure our clients' happiness by fulfilling their specific needs and requirements, providing them with a positive and memorable experience.

5. Coordination and Support: Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and support in various tasks related to cafeteria management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant background in operations management is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients, team members, and management effectively.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality assurance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the unit manager, chef, and team members.
