Admin Officer

**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:
a) To handle purchase requisition, including sourcing, preparing PO, verifying delivery and stock control
b) To maintain office contract and renewal before the expiry date
c) To coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports and ensure that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
d) To organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
e) To update office policies as needed
f) Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned by Management
g) Schedule in-house and external events
h) To coordinate with relevant departments for information and data
i) To maintain fixed assets scheduling maintenance and services
j) To assist the Management in administrative tasks as assigned
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
b) Must have at least **1 year of working experience** in a similar position.
c) Proficient in Microsoft Office
d) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
e) Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented with a positive work attitude.
f) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
g) Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
h) Ability to **work independently** with minimum supervision.
**Location: Sungai Ara, Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang**
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
