**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Applicants must possess a valid driver's license.

**Responsibility**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales planning.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and inform decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events and explore new opportunities.

**Benefits**

Pay: RM2,809.50 - RM11,551.86 per month
