To assist Leasing Manager to source and secure shopping mall's retail space tenants, to meet leasing targets and deliver the maximum rental revenue for the Company so that is line with the Leasing and Company's objectives.
- To keep track of existing agreement and to renew or replace the retail lots, kiosks.
- To prepare Leasing proposals, getting Lease approval for new leases and termination approval and ensure it is according to approved Budget Rental and procedures.
- To support the Leasing Manager in achieving the KPI i.e. occupancy rate, rental income from kiosk.
- To maintain tenant’s information and keep tenant’s database up to date in system or any other manual reports required from time to time.
- To assist in handling pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as issuance of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement and Supplementary Agreement, whenever needed. Ensure weekly and monthly leasing reports and budget rental report for management are being prepared and updated.
- Respond to tenants’ grievances or enquiries and to improve tenant relationship and build network with potential tenants.
- Ensure all Leasing processes are handled in professional manner, from sourcing prospect tenants & attending to leasing enquiry etc.
- To take up the role of duty manager during weekend and public holiday.
- To take up additional assignments given by the Management from time to time and any other adhoc task whenever required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
- Good interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Working experience in a shopping mall, retail or property developer will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant studies.
