**Job Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** with experience in **vending machine solutions and leasing arrangements**. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through vending machine placements and leasing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for **vending machine placements and leasing solutions**.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, property managers, retailers, and other potential business partners.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, leasing packages, and customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate leasing contracts, rental agreements, and partnership terms to achieve company targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) to ensure smooth implementation of vending machine placements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales, leasing, and revenue growth targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry-related activities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in **business development, leasing, or vending machine/office solutions industry**.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Result-oriented with ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of leasing contracts and financial terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
