**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and plan content planning to produce a quality content in social media platforms.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for the restaurant, including food preparation, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotions.
- Create videos optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Foster an engaging community by encouraging discussions and interactions.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance by tracking engagement rates, reach, and impressions to make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Support ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to content creation and event promotions as required.
- Liaise with third parties, including influencers, content creators, and vendors, to facilitate collaborations and campaigns.
- Work with outsourced agencies or freelancers to manage specific projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality and branding standards.
- Design and create visual content for social media, website, and digital ads.
- Develop creative concepts for new content ideas that promote our restaurant’s brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, live on TikTok and publish social media content across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation and video editing within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in video production, video editing, and content creation, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, optional : Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality video content.
- Understanding of social media trends and how to create content that drives engagement.
- Knowledge of video SEO and content optimization for social media platforms.
- A creative mindset with a passion for food, storytelling, and visual content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality content.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with other teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
