**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and original content across various formats including articles, blog posts, videos, social media posts, and newsletters.

2. Live Hosting: Host live sessions and events on our platform, engaging with our audience in real-time, and fostering meaningful interactions.

3. Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies aligned with MommyHana's goals and objectives.

4. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries across different channels, fostering a sense of community and connection.

5. Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, relevant topics, and conversations within the motherhood community to ensure content remains timely and relevant.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including writers, designers, and social media managers to brainstorm ideas and execute content initiatives effectively.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive preferably in the realm of parenting, lifestyle, or related fields.

2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a strong command of the English language.

3. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop engaging content ideas that resonate with our target audience.

4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools and platforms for content creation and live hosting, including but not limited to social media platforms, streaming software, and content management systems.

5. Empathy and Understanding: A genuine passion for supporting and empowering mothers, with an understanding of their needs, challenges, and experiences.

6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

7. Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas and insights to achieve common goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
