- Manages user data to compliant with ISO27K standard.
- Manages support team/personnel who troubleshoot issues. Implements procedure regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected.
- Perform requirement study/analysis, prepare functional and technical specification, test & deploy solution in new business area or enhance on current area.
- Create/Customize reports based on user requirements with proper approval and documentations.
- Assess and build system engineer/technician competency by conduct drill/test to evaluate their performance.
- Evaluates new information system products and emerging trends in the IT field and recommends changes to existing products or services to better aid MIS and the end user and its worth to IRIS as whole.
- Act as 2nd level support to play a “hands-on” role in the areas when required by the situation, ensuring delivery in the different areas of responsibility.
- Follow up and optimize the contracts and Service Level Agreements in the areas of responsibility, both in offered services and in value for money, as well as structuring their monitoring and delivery through the ITSM /ITIL operating processes; Include to prepare monthly SLA report. - Prepare training materials, conduct training, manage UAT, user manual & documentation.
- Benchmark support performance with 30% improvement annually. - Look into area of improvement in monthly basis. It can be coding improvement, system improvement, process improvement or SOP improvement.
- Ensure the architecture, design and implementation of all solutions following internal standards and procedures, market leaders, best-practices, security recommendations and industry standards.
- Ensure implementation of processes and procedures, notably Incident Management, Configuration/Change Management and SDLC, in the area of responsibility.
- Implement the security guidelines and policies recommended by the IT Security Unit and related results of internal and external audits.
- Coordinates the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs.

**Work hours: Monday to Friday, normal working hours.**

**Work location: Bukit Jalil, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.**

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
- 5 - 10 years in PRONTO ERP system support & implementation.
- **Skills**: System consultant and implementation, PRONTO programming, Informix database connectivity & management.
- Full understanding of PRONTO ERP system.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
