**Test Manager (Staff Augmentation)**

**Client & Project Management**
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding testing initiatives and resource

**Team Management & Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals deployed across client projects.

Resource Planning & Allocation
- Manage resource allocation to align with client requirements and project timelines.

- Ensure delivery of high-quality test artifacts, including test plans, cases, and reports.
