**_Job Responsibilities: _**
- Deliver **_world-class customer service_** while responding to customer inquiries and concerns via the chat channel
- Address **_travel-related inquiries_** and issues communicated
- Assist customers with upgrade requests, baggage inquiries, delays, and cancellations.
- **_Build meaningful relationships with our customers_** through a consultative approach
- Respond and manage customer feedback and complaint

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- _**Must have at least 6 months experience** in **Customer Service/BPO Industry**_
- **Experience in the airlines/aviation industry will be an added advantage**_
- **Job Types**: _
- Contract Role - 12 months (**_opportunity to be absorbed as permanent staff)_**

- RM2,700.00 - RM3,200 _ **(+ additional allowances)**_
