**Role Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and banquet areas to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and support service staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to uphold service standards.
- Coordinate with the other departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards across all outlets.
- Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and setup for restaurant service and banquet functions.
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, lounge, and banquet operations within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and ensure consistent service quality.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
