About the Role

Responsible to work with a close partnership with the Senior Manger to manage and oversee the day-to-day Finance Operations, sourcing to payment and expense management.

Sourcing to Payment (P2P) and Expense Management- Assist the Senior Manager to ensure that AIAIM’s has efficient & effective S2P processes with full SAP ARIBA utilization.- Assist to review the sourcing processes for further improvements that can provide clear sourcing guidelines and stakeholders/users friendly end-to-end processes, review ROA.- Working closely with Singapore Local Sourcing team, whenever applicable, to ensure synergy across AIA entities to deliver target benefits and financial savings. Support expense management program within AIAIM.- Active engagement with businesses functions to obtain agreement on the strategic sourcing initiatives and processes from the key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and ongoing compliance are optimal.- Third-party management (TPM) system risk oversight, ensuring the third-party assessment are completed prior to supplier engagement.- Ensure Ariba related transactions are properly set-up and executed, i.e. contract, PO, payment & invoice, supervise the day-to-day operations.- Ensure awareness and compliance of finance & sourcing related standards and policies.- Act as a point of contact and business partner to AIAIM EXCO members and Head of Departments on procurement and sourcing activities. Participate in the yearly annual supplier rationalization program.- Working closely with outsourcing service providers and monitor their adherence to service level agreements.- Support the internal and external auditors for any procurement related audit.

Billing to Cash (B2C)- Assist the Senior Manager to ensure that AIAIM’s has an efficient process for Billing to Cash (B2C) processes operate in an efficiently and effective mannerly with a high degree of STP & Automation.

General Accounting (GA)- Assist the Senior Manager to plan and oversee the general accounting activities in accordance to the monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually closing dateline.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of a degree in a financial, accounting, business administration or other relevant discipline
- CPA or other relevant certification will be an added advantage
- At least 8-10 years relevant experience with managing & supervising experience. Asset management experience would be an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience leading a team
- Knowledge of Finance Operations particular in P2P and SAP ARIBA
- Familiarity with AIA finance processes and systems and an established network with the AIA Group Finance function a very strong plus
- Sufficient stature and experience to be able to work with and to gain respect and trust of the EXCO and Directors and Group Office executives
