Finance Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Financial Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of all companies within the group.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial performance and market trends.

**-Financial Management & Reporting**:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks across all entities, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and optimization for the group.

**-Procurement Oversight**:

- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure cost-effective purchasing and supplier management.
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contract management, and supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints and organizational objectives.

**-Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and procurement teams across multiple companies, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and performance.

**-Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Identify and manage financial and operational risks, implementing robust internal controls.

**-Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with other department heads to align financial and procurement strategies with operational and strategic goals.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial integration, and post-acquisition management.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a medium-sized company (20-50 employees).
- Proven experience overseeing finance and procurement functions across multiple entities or business units.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in procurement, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in service or construction or waste management industry will be good.
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional financial regulations and tax structures.
- Prior experience with M&A or financial restructuring.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
