**Responsibilities**:

- Connect and integrate data from different sources, including CRM systems, into the chosen business intelligence tool (e.g., Google Looker).
- Collaborate with stakeholders from sales, operations (training team), and other departments to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboard designs.
- Design and develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making purposes.
- Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
- Stay updated with the latest data visualization trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for improving the organization's data visualization capabilities.
- Train and educate users on how to interpret and use the dashboards effectively.
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders and assist in troubleshooting data-related issues.

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles: Possess a deep understanding of best practices in data visualization, including effective chart types, color palettes, data storytelling techniques, and user experience design.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, trends, and correlations, and translate them into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Expertise in data visualization tools and technologies: Demonstrated proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports.
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation: Strong SQL skills to efficiently retrieve, manipulate, and transform data from multiple sources for visualization purposes.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing: Understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles to ensure efficient data integration, transformation, and retrieval for visualization.
- Visual design skills: Ability to create visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing visualizations, utilizing appropriate colors, typography, and layout principles to effectively communicate data insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: Capacity to analyze complex business problems, break them down into smaller components, and propose data-driven solutions using visualization techniques.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and quality: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of data visualizations, and commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Continuous learning and adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest data visualization trends, techniques, and tools, and an eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting using tools like Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
