**Hiring and Recruiting**
- Coordinate recruitment activities for site-based positions as directed by HQ.
- Manage the onboarding process, including document verification and employee induction.
**Time Attendance**
- Monitor and update daily attendance records of site employees.
- Cross-check attendance data for accuracy in payroll submissions.
**Employee Relations**:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for site-based employees.
- Address employee grievances and escalate critical issues to HQ.
- Organize and coordinate engagement activities for site staff.
**Compliance and Documentation**:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure all site documentation is filed correctly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies at the site.
- Assist in audits and prepare reports as requested by the HQ HR team.
**HR Reporting**:
- Submit weekly and monthly HR reports to the HR Manager at HQ.
- Provide updates on recruitment progress, attendance, and employee concerns.
**Training and Development**:
- Coordinate site-level training programs as directed by HQ.
- Monitor and track employee development activities.
- helps the HR team in drawing certain development plans for those employees who have not met the mínimal requirements of the job.
**Legal Compliance**
- To protect the organization this function plays a crucial role.
- Aware of all the laws and policies that relate to employment, working conditions, working hours, overtime, minimum wage, tax allowances etc.

**QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR functions. Fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
- Experience handling full spectrum of HR includes recruitment, training and development etc.
Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
